Hi, I’m Hitaf Zwein, an Intuitive Eating Dietitian with over a decade of experience helping individuals build a peaceful, sustainable relationship with food. My passion lies in guiding people away from restrictive diets and toward a more intuitive approach to eating—one that prioritizes nourishment, self-trust, and overall well-being. 

Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals struggling with emotional eating, binge eating, and body image concerns. I have also supported clients managing various health conditions, including diabetes, kidney disease, heart disease, metabolic disorders, and post-bariatric surgery recovery. My approach is rooted in evidence-based strategies, compassion, and a deep understanding of the challenges that come with breaking free from diet culture. 

Beyond my professional work, I’m a wife and a proud mom of two boys. I understand firsthand the complexities of balancing family life with self-care, and I bring that perspective into my coaching to help others find practical, sustainable solutions for their unique lifestyles.

My mission is to help individuals break free from dieting and build a peaceful, intuitive relationship with food. Through compassionate, evidence-based coaching, I support people in overcoming binge eating, emotional eating, and food guilt so they can nourish themselves with confidence and joy. My goal is to create a supportive space where individuals can prioritize their well-being without restriction, shame, or diet culture.
